Local family small business, and small facility, with just 65 storage units and 17 parking spaces owned since January 2021. We require a non-refundable 25 New Account set up fee and no Security Deposits which are normally applied against any past due rents or late fees in your account at your move out date. All units have drive-up easy access with new cloud based keypad gate access system recording all in and out traffic for your security. We are known for our lowest rates and best promotions in our local market. We're conveniently located near Pearson Airfield, close to downtown Vancouver and the I-5 Bridge to North Portland. We provide you a unit lock and key for your use at move in. Please leave them on the broom swept empty unit floor upon your departure. Your security is enhanced with our new 24/7 camera surveillance system, We use contactless online Cloud based management for all reservations, signup, rent collection, record keeping and management processes as well as recorded camera views showing all times and identities of all site gate users. Access hours are from 6:00AM to 11:00PM
